Over de functie

Step into the world of Process Control, where you are the key to ensuring the smooth operation of our system-technical (data) processes. These processes connect factories and (back) offices with external suppliers across Europe. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly in our SAP system.

In this role, you are the hero supporting internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving and customer-oriented work energize you. You understand what their customers need and ensure they are always satisfied.

What will you do?

  • Monitor and manage data transfer between internal and external stakeholders;
  • Maintain operational contact with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Collect, verify, and record goods receipts and issues in SAP;
  • Check and adjust master data in SAP;
  • Participate in various (improvement) projects;
  • Check purchase orders and resolve any shipping errors;
  • Control blocked invoices and resolve them;
  • Update prices in SAP;
  • Participate in month-end closings and audits.

Over het bedrijf

The company is a multifunctional service unit with various departments providing sales, supply chain, IT&IS, and financial services within an international organization. The Process Control team consists of 8 FTEs and focuses on (data) process improvements related to internal factories and (back) offices, as well as external suppliers across Europe. Due to the growth of the organization, they are looking for an Assistant Process Controller to continue providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.

What is expected of you?

  • Possess MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
  • Experience in purchasing or a logistics administrative role is a plus;
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Wat wij bieden

  • Salary between €2,800 and €3,600 gross per month;
  • Contract for 32-40 hours per week, with a view to permanent employment;
  • 25 vacation days and 13 ATV days;
  • Home working allowance of €2.15 per day;
  • Fresh fruit at the office.
